Bishops Itchington MP, Jeremy Wright, has raised concerns regarding an impending planning application with the local authority.
Developers have a made a formal application for land east of Knightcote Road. However, with two housing developments currently being built, residents are concerned the village’s resources will be over stretched and compounded further by an already congested road network.
Mr Wright said, “A number of residents believe a third housing development will be detrimental upon village life, and believe there has been lack of community engagement by the developers. I share their concerns and felt it important to bring these matters to the attention of the local authority.”
