Dale is the Warwickshire County Councillor for Dunsmore and Leam Valley, having been elected in December 2023.

Dale is the Rugby Borough Councillor for Leam Valley.

Dale lives in Ryton on Dunsmore, a keen cyclist and a former amateur boxer you may find him in his spare time litter picking with his dog Milo.

Dale started his political career in Leicester, working in a parliamentary office for the MP of Leicester South whilst also being a Leicester City Councillor. Moving to Ryton on Dunsmore 13 years ago he became a Parish Councillor for the village, a year later he was elected to Rugby Borough Council and has represented various wards within the Borough over the last ten years. He works full time as part of a team organising recycling initiative projects in the City of Coventry and runs the Coventry Recycling Club online.
