Jill joined Kenilworth and Southam Association in August 2023 as Campaign and Office Manager having previously been the Campaign Manager for Rugby Association for nearly 9 years. In Dec 2023 she was agent for the Dunsmore by-elections. In 2024 she was the election agent for Philip Secombe for the Warwickshire PCC Election and then was Jeremy Wright MP's election agent in the General Election. 

Jill has been a Warwickshire County Councillor since 2017 and a Rugby Borough Councillor for the Dunsmore ward since Dec 2023, having previously been a Borough Councillor from 2014 - 2022. She is on the Shadow Cabinet. 

Jill has a BSc in Psychology and a Masters in International Relations from Warwick University. She is also a single parent to her teenage daughter.
