Wallace is proud to be a part of your Conservative led County Council that remains steadfast in ensuring that your services are protected and your standards of local government are maintained. As your County Councillor Wallace has fought for the improvement facilities for the rural areas, including improvement to bus services, school transport and road maintenance. The improvement of road safety signs on local roadways and cycleways remains a priority for him, as does flood mitigation measures, including maintenance of the drainage system and ditches. Over the years Wallace has ensured that your voice has been heard and is continuing to do so.

HS2 has been an issue of extreme concern across the area, Wallace is fighting to mitigate the effects that HS2 is having on our communities and continues to work on improving the communication process between HS2 and the local area.

Wallace, like many of us, looks forward to resuming face to face contact in order to directly listen to residents’ concerns as we move past the pandemic.
